Dispatch

As your goods is generally made to order, MCC endeavours to dispatch goods within 1 to 2 days of receipt of a web order.

LIMITATIONS

Our couriers do not deliver to Post Office boxes.

We highly recommend using a business delivery address. If your delivery address is residential or non-commercial, deliveries are eligible for Safe Drop or Authority to Leave. In this case, you must provide special delivery instructions for Authority to Leave.

COURIER

Melbourne Cleaning Cloths relies on third-party couriers for all deliveries. For urgent deliveries or shipments to remote locations, customers may need to arrange their own courier service or an alternative courier may be used.

TIMEFRAMES

Melbourne Cleaning Cloths uses the third-party courier service ‘Sendle,’ which ensures delivery to capital cities in the eastern states once your order has been completed and dispatched (refer to the dispatch timeframes above).

CHECKING YOUR DELIVERY STATUS

To track the status of your delivery, contact Melbourne Cleaning Cloths at (03) 9930 7700 or email admin@teamsaustralia.com.au to request your consignment number. Once you have the consignment number, visit the courier’s Track and Trace page to monitor your delivery status.

Timely delivery of goods depends on the customer providing accurate, complete, and clear delivery details and instructions during the online order process. Additionally, please ensure someone is available on-site to receive the delivery between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on business days.
